Sophie - Sax

Sophie is an Alto Saxophonist based in London, She most recently studied at The
Guildhall School of Music and Drama graduating in 2018, gaining an Artist Masters
degree in Jazz Saxophone, Sophie performs across genres in music with her roots and
training in jazz and classical music.

As a result of moving between disciplines she has performed in Jazz, Classical, Hip-Hop,
Gospel, Electronic and multiple facets of the commercial music scene. This variety of
music has lead to her performing in venues ranging from The Albert Hall (as part of the
BBC Proms), Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club, The Vortex, Pizza Express Jazz Club, Southbank
Centre, The Barbican Hall, The Dorchester, The Bloomsbury, The Corinthia, and festivals
including The London Jazz Festival, Glastonbury, Bestival, amongst others.
